Same here. When I was working in DC, I used to head out to one of the nearby parks in the spring or fall and read through my lunch hour. Given that I was working for an academic committee, I really needed those breaks.
Another suggestion Tim, how about something like Tai-Chi or one of the martial arts. If you're around K street, there are several places nearby you can try.
