Of course not, its more like a weighting scheme or predisposition to 
something. Each adds to the overall result. Some features, in this 
case, biological factors - genes and physiology etc, play a very 
deterministic role, but not exclusive role. The thing is that we do 
not know all the factors involved, therefore we can only give 
probabilistic answers, or educated guesses.
