I'm thrilled too. My father worked across the street from the World Trade Center during its construction (and lived a stones throw from the Verrazano bridge during its), and now I'll be witnessing this when my office relocates downtown in the next month or two... On the downside, I expect the streets will be pretty clogged with construction equipment for a _long_ time to come.
