Congrats on the weight loss, just remember slow and steady wins the race.
There have been weeks when I gained, and I only average a loss of 2 per
week, but had I gotten discouraged with not dropping huge amounts right away
I probably wouldn't be talking about how much I lost.

I started at the beginning of March. I'm 6 lbs lighter already, and all
these years I've been skeptical of WW just because I saw some people
abusing the rules. (I.E. Eat a banana split for lunch and say it's
within my point range, and then have no more points for the day).
Anyway, way to go Robert.

Mike, I definitely think there are probably a lot of us who should take
you up on your challenge. I started a couple of days ago, but I'll be
happy to join in.
