Candace-
yay!
keep a sports bottle of water around all the time.
they recommend 6 to 8 glasses (8 oz) of water a day.
up to half of that can be decaf coffee or tea.
For every serving of caffeinated beverage (coffee or cola),
add one additional serving of water.
(Caffeine is a diuretic, makes you lose water.)
Also, consider bags of veggies for snacks - carrot sticks, bell pepper,
etc. can be filling.
