1) I think I will have to resort to this, unfortunately. 2) I've done this multiple times. 3) One of the uber-managers has already had discussions with him about his behavior.
I get along well with my manager. I swear this guy is impotent though when it comes to issues like this. Nothing's changed for about a year. If anything, it's gotten worse. Many of my work colleagues feel the same way. They have resorted to talking to him when necessary. But I don't think they found his recent comments as offensive as I have. I am going to talk to my manager today, believe me. I may just ask for some time off to look for other opportunities. Other issue: I don't want to work with an anti-Semite (which he is). I've had enough prejudice applied to me throughout my life. I know how it feels like. Gawd knows how he really feels about me. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Adam Reynolds" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "CF-Community" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, March 13, 2003 2:55 AM Subject: RE: What should I do? > The simplest thing to do is > 1) Get a witness or multiple witnesses to the event(s) that are prepared to > back you up.
