Don't insult Muppets!
In my opinion, you should pick some grouping of which he is the only member
present -- it doesn't even have to be rational -- and each time he says
something offensive say something equally offensive and spurious about his
group.
Like:
People who wear white shirts to work are simply expressing an innate hatred
of those of different races.
Or better yet:
People who use the Dvorak keyboard scheme claim that they are improving
performance, but their real goal is to form an artificial niche for them
based on their one useless skill: typing on a Dvorak keyboard.
The wierder and more pointless and stupid the better. Drive him nuts.
