Did I really need to spell out that when the UN votes, each country is
voting seperately. I agree that on other issues I could have stated more
clearly, but I dont think this is one of them.

You can't have it both ways.  If you don't say what you mean, and we take 
it the wrong way, then we're putting words in your mouth? If we ask for 
clarification, we're supposed to know what you implied?

The debate would go much smoother if you state what you mean instead of 
leaving up to the reader to extrapolate the meaning from your statements.
