Seriously though...
Who in their right mind would make up a mobile 3 element (the trucks
were set up so that they needed all three to get through entire
process) helium generation lab, then bury 11 of them at an ammunition
depot?

Better yet...who in their right mind would stretch so far just to to
discredit the fact that these were actually biolabs?

Does it really matter anyway? Not at all.
