Well chances are, the the taxpayer has a job because of the executive. As far as the small business benefit, I can buy new equipment, and write off the whole amount, which is a huge benefit. Mean I don't have to ammortize over several years. So you can bet come end of year i'll be buying as much tech stuff as I can afford as it will reduce the amount I have to pay in taxes as I can write it all off at once, so that is huge for me and I am not among the "rich"
