Well we are to the which came first argument now, which can be argued
indefinetely.

I may not be hiring anyone, but imagine if like me thousands of small
business owners go out and start purchasing technology or other equipment, I
read today about a manufacturing company that said they were going to buy
all new equipment. Those purchases lead to sales growth which leads to job
creation, while I may not be hiring anyone, my purchases along with other
small business purchases may create new jobs at the manufacturer level.
