true, I hadn't realized the implications of the amortization provisions. 
But will you be hiring anybody? I think that is how most people interpret 
"expand"... job creation.

As for the executive and the worker... I think you are wrong. I think the 
executive has a job because of the worker. Nothing happens in business 
until someone has a product.
