ok so... the part I am supposed to take away from that link is probably is that costs are verified as they are billed. I'd be interested in the details of that verification process. Are they verified by an accountant or by an 18 year old recruit from small town Arkansas who has no financial background? Also, you assert that similar contracts were awarded under Clinton and under Bush the First. I'd like to see some references on that one too.
I am still working on an argument for you. I suspect it won't convince you anyway but you seem to at least read before you reject :) It will take a little more time. Oil is not normally my field and there is the matter of evaluating sources. Also the little matter of work and appointments. But I haven't forgotten about it.
