well when I worked for other isps I really hated the relunctant convert from AOL because the AOL adapter trashes the TCP/IP stack and then you have to remove it, restart, re-add, and all this with someone going omg, it isnt this hard to get on AOL... and sure enough they would get back on AOL at some point and it would need to be done again... about half of them went back to AOL because it was "more reliable"...
