Well if she spent time during school hours working on them then yes, she should lose 
her job.  Otherwise as long as it was outside of work, and within the guidelines of 
her contract then she is fine.  Now if all she presents to her classroom is the same 
views her cards present, then I might take issue with her, but not for the cards alone.
