I CAN run a server - but it's technically against the service agreement.
They won't set up a static IP, DNS, a Domain name, or anything else and can
at any point (as they did when Code Red hit) simply block all incoming port
80 access).

Despite all this you can still still use something like TZO.com to do it...
but it ain't "legal" so unless it's a site that can handle (potentially)
some major downtime you're better off looking elsewhere.

All that being said I am considering running cfadvocacy.org from home just
to save the money.  But I'd feel really uncomfortable about running
DepressedPress.com.
