oi Pablo!! aye, but the holes will heal... perhaps it might slowly damage the skin that is stretched.. dunno, but i think just about anything you do with your body nowadays has some type of adverse effect.. maybe small maybe big.. dunno. I do know that if you do not get the air out it causes pain until it dissipates... guess that would be a short term thing....
