It depends. If they've ALL been knocked out, I don't think they can save anything. But, I doubt they've all been knocked out. If there are some remaining, you can get bridge work done (hooking fake teeth to existing teeth). Even if they've all been knocked out, you can get implants (permanently screwed into the jawbone) instead of dentures.
