There's nothing worse than a deep-southern Texan trying to speak
french... every consonant on the end of a word is not only pronounced
but emphasized... <<shudder>> Luckily I grew up in Dallas which is a
fairly metropolitan city and watching Sesame Street and the Electric
Company which were filmed in Boston. My parents tell me I had a boston
accent for a while when I was really small. Plus the french classes in
1st-4th grade which I think I mentioned before. Now I have sort of a
"where the hell are you from" accent.

Great Spirit of Notre Dame, I summon thee!

Oh sorry... not that kind of summoning. :)

How did you find a CF job in New Mexico anyway? I used to go to summer
camp in Ute Park, about 3 hrs north of Taos.

der cream puff ? heh :)

Sad... around here I probably know more people who can order pastries
in Klingon than in German. ... sad sad...

"We have only one word in our language." ... "What?"... "Exactly. I'm
the missions interpreter. I've learned every earth language, except of
course Esperanto. You can tell that one's going nowhere."

Sorry... free association getting to me. :)

What what what?...
