in the tub put a milk crate over the cat. Get the water the right temp
then spray her down using a hand held nozzle and kinda pouring the bath
onto her and carefully reaching in to lather her up. I got some
scratches but not as bad as the first time without the crate.

Subject: Re:My cat has fleas
I tried giving my mountain lion cat a bath once and it turned around in
the tub on me, latched all four paws into my chest and stomach with it's
claws and didn't let go until I carried it (by my chest skin) out of the
bathroom, at which point it let go, gave out a terror shriek meow, ran
into the corner and gave me the death stare for the next day or so.
Never again. I now just do regular combing and occasionally I'll wet a
towel and rub the bastards over with that. I guess you don't even need
to give indoor cats baths anyways - oil in the skin, licking themselves,
etc.
Hey critz, don't get any ideas with the cat hanging from your chest
thing - it wasn't fun ;)
