Personally, I thought the whole robot backstory was kinda lame. What I liked
about the movie The Matrix is that the robots we saw weren't
anthropomorphic. Their forms were suited to their purpose. Because of that,
I just discarded that whole part of the Animatrix as a write off.
Does anyone know if the stories in the Animatrix were written by the
Wachowskis or if they were just glorified fan fiction?
