Newbie's must be initiated.
Initiation consists of:
1) baking muffins.
2) handing out fresh ones, but not all of them.
3) letting ones not handed out go stale.
4) laquer stale muffiins
5) pick a TOD to throw stale muffins at
If stale muffins hit target, you are a cool dude.
If they miss, you are a lousy shot
And if you don't like muffins, then we don't want your kind around here!
