Can I ask - what food ISN'T terrible for you?
Sugar - bad
Sugar Substitute - bad
Salt - bad
Too much protein - bad
Too little protein - bad
Too many carbs - bad
Too little carbs - bad
You have to spend 2 hours trying to "balance" your meals before you can
even cook these days just to make it so that it's not bad for you
Me, I'd rather eat what I want, and enjoy life <g>
