comfortable .... depending on where you are flying from it's AT LEAST 5
hours ...
Stonehenge, yeah yeah yeah, big pile of rocks ... BUT AWESOME! and the
pubs and countryside you pass to get there, well worth the trip.
The Tower of London, skip the tour through Buckingham Palace, watch the
changing of the guards though, pretty cool.
Dover Castle! Leeds! For that matter, any castle! Even the derelict ones
are awesome.
Scotland:
Fort William. Glasgow is just dirty and polluted.
Fort William is in the middle of several lochs, and only 45 minutes from
Loch Ness and Castle Urqhart! (sp?) Which is BRILLIANT!!!!! you can also
visit the Ben Nevis Distillery which was a fab time.
Scotland is BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Ireland
Another beautiful destination. You will be amazed at some of the new
modern 2 story American-look-a-like executive house they have everywhere
there.
I can think of hundreds of more places to look and see and do .... but
I'm sure you won't be there for a year or more :D
Cheers,
Erika

Subject: I'm going to England!
Anyway, I know some of you people are from "across the pond" so I was
wondering if you had some "must go" destinations in mind. We'd like to
go
to England, Ireland, and Scotland. We like to do some pub hopping,
maybe
take in some castles, and whatever else might be good to see.
