that's what you're thinking (which I only guess since you were living in

UK) - that's actually a British dish - it doesn't exist in India. That
said, we do eat Chicken Tika and we do eat Chicken Masala ;) There are
so
many styles of Indian cuisine - it's so easy to get cnfused by all the
terminology. The only things she doesn't make are two of my favorites -
Murgh Makhani (better known as butter chicken) and dosas. She also
doesn't
know any South Indian food, which is generally milder, creamier, and
sweeter
(think coconut, pineapple, etc.).
