I need to find a way to get in 30 min of exercise. If I could find some
thing that was fun it would be a lot easier. :-\ I guess I could try
running while listening to music.

I guess I could switch to a whole grain pasta with more red sauces. I
also like tofu so I could eat more of it. I just need some more recipes
for it.
