Best thing to do is plan your meals.  If you don't want to go low carb (and
it looks to me like your diet is almost entirely composed of carbs) then try
something like this.

I also can't tell if you are a meat eater (your diet looks fairly vegetarian
from what you posted)

Breakfast:
Include a high fiber low sugar cereal or eggs.

Lunch
    Salad or Cottage Cheese
    Grilled Meat
    Roasted or Grilled Vegetables

Dinner
Meat or Protein Dish (Beans are fine, so is Tofu)
2 kinds of vegetables (stay away from potatoes for now). Make sure at
least one of the vegetables is a green
    Salad
Rice or Pasta occassionally, but make it the side dish and not the main
course.

Snacks during the day can be cut up veggies, fruit.

Basically get away from the highly processed foods, start adding in foods
that are high in vitamins and that give you bang for your buck.

An easy way to do this is to start shopping the edges of a grocery store.
(Meat, Dairy and Vegetable sections are all along the walls, processed foods
are in the aisles).

Well, you could get your tonsils out.

When I got my tonsils out in 2002, I lost 15 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks.  Give
it a shot... ;-)

p.s.  I gained the 15 pounds back in about five days after that.
