Thanks Sandy. This is a lot easier for me to understand. I can do most
of this with little effort. I'll have a hard time working breakfast in
but I know it's some thing I need to do.

I used to be vegetarian but now I eat a little meat. I grew up on a
dairy farm so we ate beef at _every_ meal. :-| Now I eat it mixed with
food. I hardly ever eat steak or hamburgers.

If I cook I use only olive oil. I'll try to pick up so chicken strip or
de-boned breast meat and freeze it. Then de-thaw only what I need.

I really want to change my eating habits for me and my boys. I want them
to learn by example so I really need to change.
