She is neither management nor salaried. She is a preschool teacher paid an hourly rate. I agree, if she was salaried and/or they offered to compensate her for time, materials and expenses it may be reasonable. But to expect her to do the School's infant room's laundry on he own time, with her (us) paying for the laundry soap, water and electricity.
