@erget The benefit of making a new repository would be the ability to migrate trac history 1:1 preserving issue numbers. I don't feel strongly about this at the end of the day though. My only strong opinion is that we not split discussion into a repository for discussion only. I think we should try to keep it as tight as we can.
Yes, I think the conformance document should be treated as a separate discussion from the Trac to Github migration. Clearly related, but not enough to muddy this discussion with that.
