Hi

If its a memory problem you might try Steve Bassi`s script which worked for
me on a cobalt raq, basically its to get everything away from hd1 which
could be choking your system. Do it manually or as a .sh (remove those >)

basically it's to move /usr/local to /home/local
to free diskspace on hda1

pls. find below the installation notes
and in addition the orignal script from Steve Bassi
