Access is a DeskTop File based DB and is not intended for N-tier application
development.. same goes for FoxPro.

The file based DeskTop DB's dont fall in the category of
MS-SQL Server,Oracle, Informix, DB2 etc. Why would a Vendor invest in JDBC drivers
when they didnt intend DeskTop DB's to be used in N-Tier development?
