Nope.  The spool is now completely jammed.  We've moved all the files
out of that folder, to see if it will work with a new start, and then
rebooted.  No go, new mails in, none out.  I've been scanning every
thread I can find on the net, and tried every solution, with no
success...  I'm guessing it's a result of the directory locking that the
spooling thread attempts, but can't figure out why it's failing, or how
to correct it.
