The first issue with that is to fix the logging... As I said, nothing's logging either ATM...

Hmmm.. makes me wonder if the mail spooler task is some how not running, but there's no real scheduled task for that. Not sure what to check for that really, except to back up all the logs, windows and CF, clear them down, do a complete shutdown and reboot, not just a restart, and see what turns up in the all logs from the reboot and the first time emails are sent out.
