Yes, the verify connetion is working...

I found it. And I feel like an idiot. One of our projects was pointing
to the wrong mail server still. I've changed it, and it's spooling fine
*touch wood*.

Thanks everyone!

Hi,

Just another shot in the dark - can you telnet to port 25 on the
mailserver from the cf box?

Ian

Yes. Two weeks ago Friday, it just stopped... Nobody knows of any
changes to the box (although obviously something must have happened).

Hi,

Was this working to start with, and has since failed?

Ian

Nope. The spool is now completely jammed. We've moved all the files
out of that folder, to see if it will work with a new start, and then
rebooted. No go, new mails in, none out. I've been scanning every
thread I can find on the net, and tried every solution, with no
success... I'm guessing it's a result of the directory locking that the
spooling thread attempts, but can't figure out why it's failing, or how
to correct it.

sending any mail on to the SMTP process. I have re-booted the server,
and now the spool directory is emptying at about 1/min, but it's
emptying into the Undelivr folder. Not particularly helpful.

Richard,

Did you manage to sort this out in the end? Did you work out what the
issue was?

Regards

Stephen
