What Web Server? IIS?

I found some info on the web of some tweaks to do and am looking for more info from anyone that has this problem. This seems to be a major issue for CF MX that MACR is not publicly talking about enough. Shouldn't CF work out of the box without all this tweaking? Makes me want to jump ship on CF altogether.
