Hrmm, have you verified the new servers IIS configuration matches the old one? Maybe you have some other filter installed that is taking a long time to view, or do you have debugging turned on (derp, I know that's probably a dumb Q, but had to ask)

Total Execution Times seem to be roughly the same, though the new box does seem to spike higher. On average, though both servers are executing the same code (which is my most complex page) in around 300ms, but the actual render is noticeably slower.
