You could always do a CfArchive of your old site settings and import
them on your new server.  Just tell it to archive all server and DB
settings, and see how that works =)

CF Debugging is currently on, but not IIS debugging.

I've compared just about every conifig screen on IIS (and CF for that
matter), and I just don't see any differences. What else could it even
be?

I seem to remember having to set some manual settings in an XML file at
some point in the past, but I believe that was an older version of CF. I
don't believe I did that to this particular server (the "old" one), but
it was well over a year ago when I built it, so anything is possible.

Any other ideas?
