That's the definition of a good Flash *5* developer. The definition of a 
good Flash *MX* developer includes the "Rich Internet Application" 
considerations of performance and bandwidth. In the same way that a good 
ColdFusion *MX* developer will have a slightly different skillset and 
focus to a good ColdFusion *5* developer (as many of us are finding out!).
