Oh it was definately the case during the boom, but it does still make sense to do it in your part time. I guess a lot depends on what you're doing.
You don't start eBay in your spare time...it takes national advertising compaigns etc. You can start a development/consulting company part time...it may take longer...and will have less risk IMHO Bryan Stevenson B.Comm.
