Dave, Sorry.. the subject should probably be closed.. i agree. I am not just talking about ODBC issues, i had the alernative solution(JDBC type IV) long before any of this thread started.
I was referring to how problems and issues should be handled/addressed. Thats all. Ok.. No more posts.
