It's pretty solid. I just ported a moderatly sized app (5 circuits, around 100 fuseactions) from FB3 to FB4 and haven't had any problems with the framework. Had to do some stuff differently (layouts being the big one) because of the way things work, but no issues with the framework itself.
If you check out the fusebox forums at fusebox.org there is a forum dedicated to FB4, and there is also a mailing list on yahoo groups.
