I thought that installation support, at least, was initially free.

However, I also suspect that MM intends to differentiate Flex support, at
least initially, from other support. This is just my own guess, but if I ran
MM, I'd be more concerned about having Flex support do more to help new
projects succeed than with other products, as there isn't an existing Flex
market yet.
