Just that. It's a default server that you can use to test things out.
It is not needed if you use another instance for CF.

JRun Updater 4 has been out for a couple weeks now. If you're running
a fresh setup, then I'd suggest using Updater 4. However, use caution
if you're already set up, as I've had a nightmare of a time with the
updated web server connectors!

Well, the latest Updater is technically 6.1 Updater 1. I point that
out because there was an Updater 3 for CFMX 6.0, which is entirely
different and, obviously, much older.

The DataDirect drivers have been a big pain in our butts. In fact,
we're still using the Updater 3 Plus drivers that were released a year
ago in our setup because of these stability issues. We're using
Oracle.
