Whatever you want. You don't need it running (unless you installed
CFMX there and need that instance up).

"Updater 3" was a CFMX 6.0 update - a few years old.
What database drivers are you using? That tends to be the worst
culprit for CPU spins as far as I can tell from various people's
experiences...
