So, you say that even a cheap car should not be considered safe? I should not expect my $8,000 Chevy to have brakes that actually stop the car and headlights that work? Don't expect basic safety for that price! Hell, don't expect basic security as in door locks either! Safety and security should be #1 at any price level for any service or product, web hosting included!!! Low price is NO excuse for lazy installation/implementation or design.
