The UI is likely to be the biggest problem since that's the least portable part of a .NET app at the moment. That was the message at the SD West talk in March about Mono. If Plum had been available for my platforms, I would have been interested in trying it but having looked at a generated project (that another tester sent me to look at), I think I can be fairly certain that Plum would not be appropriate for the workflow here and the sort of applications we build. The database CRUD stuff is just too small a part of most of our apps to make Plum worthwhile for us, I think. It's an interesting product with good potential market.
