Outside of the normal replies that this is better than that....

I like Dreamweaver myself for it's intergration with Fireworks/flash which
helps when you need to edit an image on the fly or your flash file needs a
bit of tweeking to get things straight. I could go for it not adding table
owner to my code when I drag and drop column names into my query but RDS is
still cool for quick testing.

For CSS layout DW 8 has come along way. Also what must be the best feature
is ZOOM... Man that's awsume!

Outside of that. Cross browser CSS is a pain in the ass along with anything
related to webdesign. I recomend using browsercam.com to check your work as
you go along... Their services are SICK if you haven't seen that site yet.

Expressions Web Designer - ASP / CSS some color coding and stuff for cfml
but y in the end it's a Pimped our FrontPage.

Interactive Designer on the other hand might have some uses.
