Dude, this is windows... I could see using a guide if it was linux and you
haven't done things from command line before... But, yeah this guide is
straigt forward enough. looks good. Why you need 108 pages is beond me but
it's all good.

Main thing is the steps in which you install.

1) apache, 2) cf, 3) mysql

mysql could be installed at anytime. Coldfusion is going to need to know
where apache is installed. Something i didn't really notice in this document
is informaion about changing default install locations. When you install
coldfusion as an example. you can install it anywhee you want. doesn't
really matter.

I would also take some pre-config time and particion the disk so now you can
keep all web files on d: and your applications on c: this desn't go into
this type of setup but me personally I like having just my websites on d:

Still, you should install ms web server 2003 if this is a production box. XP
aint for kids!

Their is also the lockdown tools you should run after you get everything
installed with is another thing to note. win2003 is almost good to go by
default but

Now all of this together should be 108 pages... Who needs all those pictures
:-)
