Thanks, Josh...that's exactly the information I've been asking for.
I plan to try out an Apache / CF7 / DW8 environment.

And, yes, I'd rather spend $300 - $500 dollars on a server OS
that is simple to setup and administer (like a Windows OS)
than spend $1000 worth of billable time trying to sort out how
to make Linux work...

Rick, I use the ACME setup on my dev box/laptop, except using DW instead of
Eclipse (so I guess it's ACMD), and it works great for me.

I would see what folks have to say about using Linux instead of Windows for
your production box, you'll need to think about if you want to bite off that
chunk.
